Shipping policy

At Rainley, we want to ensure your products arrive quickly and safely. We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States using USPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, or another available carrier. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5–7 business days.

Shipping to Non-Continental US:

 

  • Alaska and Hawaii: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Puerto Rico: We ship to Puerto Rico where carrier service is available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • APO/FPO military addresses: We ship to APO/FPO military addresses where postal service is available. Delivery may take longer than standard domestic shipping.
  • PO Boxes: We’re unable to ship to standard PO Box addresses at this time. This restriction does not apply to eligible APO/FPO military addresses.
  • Other US territories: We currently don’t ship to other US territories.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. Rainley will update you when we expand internationally.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day or next-day shipping) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and location.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Rainley is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
